TODAY THE WORLD IS CHANGING AT AN EVER AMAZINGLY FAST PACE. A DEEP ENVIRONMENTAL CRISIS, ONE OF THE MANY CONSEQUENCES OF THE CRUMBLING VALUES OF OUR CIVILIZATION, IS RESULTING IN THE URGENT NEED TO FIND AND APPLY PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS TO A FAST CHANGING WORLD.

PERMACULTURE, COMMUNITY LIVING, RECONNECTION WITH NATURE ARE BUT A FEW OF THESE MUCH NEEDED SOLUTIONS THAT PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO LEARN MORE ABOUT.

INDEPENDENTLY PRODUCED BETWEEN 2009-2012, “LAND AWAKENING” IS A FILM THAT PIONEERED IN ITS TIME, SHOWCASING A KALEIDOSCOPE OF CHARACTERS OFFERING ALTERNATIVE AGRICULTURE TECHNIQUES, CONCRETE EXAMPLES OF COMMUNITY-BASED SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS, AND A PROFOUND ANALYSIS ABOUT OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LAND.

TODAY ITS MESSAGE IS NOT ONLY STILL VALID, BUT RAPIDLY GAINING RELEVANCE AS NEW GENERATIONS KEEP SEARCHING AND MOVING TOWARDS THE CREATION OF A MORE SUSTAINABLE WORLD. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT IT IS CRUCIAL, NOW MORE THAN EVER, TO CONTINUE OFFERING THE URGENT MESSAGE CARRIED BY THE FILM ABOUT SUSTAINABILITY AND ABOUT A DEEPER CONSCIOUSNESS ON OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LAND, TO NEW AND LARGER AUDIENCES.

I’LL BE HAPPY TO COME TO YOUR CITY, TOWN OR COMMUNITY TO PERSONALLY PRESENT THE FILM AND WORK WITH YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION, TO BE PART OF EITHER A FULL-DAY EVENT, OR A SINGLE SCREENING, WITH A POST Q&A SESSION.

“LAND AWAKENING” IS NOT A COMMON FILM. I PRODUCED IT INDEPENDENTLY, WITHOUT ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SOURCE OF FINANCING, WITH MY OWN RESOURCES, MAKING THE MOST OF MY 32-YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A PROFESSIONAL FILMMAKER, MAKING A HIGH-QUALITY FILM OF BEAUTIFUL IMAGERY, FEATURING EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE.

THE MAIN GOAL OF SHOWING MY FILM IS TO INSPIRE PEOPLE TO CHANGE. HOWEVER, EVEN THOUGH PROFIT FROM THE FILM HAS NEVER BEEN MY PRIMORDIAL OBJECTIVE, I BELIEVE MY WORK NEEDS TO BE FINANCIALLY SUSTAINABLE. SO I SUGGEST A FLEXIBLE AMOUNT AS A REFERENCE IN COMPENSATION FOR THE SCREENING. I INVITE YOU TO WORK TOGETHER IN CREATIVE WAYS, TO REACH AN AGREEMENT THAT WILL BE CONVENIENT FOR BOTH OF US.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS CONTAINING AN IN-DEPTH DESCRIPTION OF THE FILM, SOME EXAMPLES OF PROMOTION, AND THE FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS SO WE CAN START THE CONVERSATION. I AM SURE THAT IN THE SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY AND SOLIDARITY, TOGETHER WE CAN FIND THE MEANS TO SCREEN THE FILM IN YOUR AREA.

BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE OF HUNDREDS OF PAST SCREENINGS I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT YOUR AUDIENCE WILL VALUE AND PROFIT FROM THE CONTENT OFFERED IN THE FILM.
